Services
Postpartum Doula Services- $65 per hour
Our postpartum package includes:
Complimentary home visit prior to baby’s arrival
Lactation and feeding support
Newborn care
Baby laundry
Help establishing healthy and sustainable sleep routines
Light meal preparation
Overnight hours are 10pm-6am
Additional pricing may apply for homes outside of San Francisco
About Us
Just as wildflowers thrive with nourishing soil and sunlight, families flourish with support and care; never blooming alone, but in the company of those who nourish and cherish their growth.
Liberty and Emma are postpartum night doulas who provide care during the "fourth trimester" of pregnancy; the critical and special period of adjustment in the first three months after a baby's birth. They understand the emotional, physical, and sometimes spiritual journey a family goes through during this time, and are dedicated to supporting families through all the ups and downs along the way.
As your postpartum doula, Liberty or Emma will help you navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence and comfort. They are there to help you embrace the postpartum period as a time for your family to heal, rest, and bond.
No two postpartum periods looks the same- every baby is different and each parent has unique needs. Through years of experience, Liberty and Emma work as a team with each family to provide specialized care. Whether it's providing breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, helping with laundry, whipping up your favorite recipes, helping to establish a sleep routine that works best for your baby and family, offering expert advice, or simply being a compassionate listener- we are here for you.
